Enheduanna–world’s first author

Last month, during National Women’s History Month, I ran across Enheduanna, the world’s first poet and author, well, first KNOWN poet and author because she actually signed her name to her work! She was a high priestess, writing hymns and books that supported and encouraged the religion of her people. To celebrate National Poetry Month, I wanted to record a few lines from her Temple Hymns!
